The Leading Transformation course connects students’ personal growth with identifying opportunities to serve the community. Students explore new perspectives through a series of practical exercises that teach them to recognize people’s needs in an unstructured environment and see the different layers in human behavior, markets, and culture. During the course, students learn how to deal with uncertainty, influence others, develop creative thinking skills, and create value. The aim of the course is to prepare students for future roles through increased self-knowledge and readiness to adjust to new situations.
Who can participate:
The course is taught as a part of Aalto University Summer School undergraduate studies and is open to students who have been accepted through the Summer School application process during spring 2023.
