The course consists of 6 parts each having several video lectures, reflective assignments, and quizzes. This Massive Open Online Course is developed and lectured by Dr. Frank Martela and produced by Oasis of Radical Wellbeing.  It is for anyone interested in living a good life and dedicating some time to reflect upon their own lives and their own life choices.
