In this link, you can find  information on how to declinate the Finnish place names.

First, you see Tervetuloa Asutusnimihakemistoon where you write the place name and then you see if the place name is type  SSA or LLA .

For example, I wrote Helsinki and then I got result: Haettu (searched) Helsinki: Helsingissä, ruotsiksi (in Swedish Helsingfors), asukkaannimitys (inhabitant) helsinkiläinen, maakunta (county) Uusimaa
