This Aalto OpenLearning site collects together open learning and teaching materials related to Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD). The site is meant to benefit the global ALD community and operate mostly in English; occasionally, the site may link to ALD learning materials in other languages. The site will grow with time; initially it mainly links to openly available content. Suggests for improvements of the open materials are welcome.
